On the back of 12 years of consecutive growth, results for 2006/07 show 16% growth vs 2005/06 with the Sales team exceeding targets by an unprecedented 54% on Property Sales.

Chorlton has an established property market, with ever increasing demand, as well as a friendly, trendy vibe. This will be complemented by homes4u, who combine a relaxed approach with a professional attitude, and have been established on the South Manchester property scene for over 15 years with their branch in Withington, where on average it takes just 7 days between receiving an instruction to sell and finding a buyer. This, combined with last years financial results, shows an Agent definitely on the up and up!

This success has been recognised by the Institute of Directors with the nomination for the second year running of homes4u Chief Executive, Carolyn Mellor, for its prestigious Director of the Year award.
