WHAT IS SHARED OWNERSHIP?

Shared ownership is designed to help people get foot on the housing ladder by purchasing an initial share, and paying modest rent on the remaining share.  12 months following completion, you have the opportunity to purchase an additional share, and the rent will be reduced accordingly. Alternatively, you may buy the whole remaining share, and the property then becomes entirely yours on a leasehold basis.

We would strongly recommend that prior to viewing, you discuss the possibility of purchasing a shared ownership property with a mortgage advisor.

Each apartment offers entrance hallway with storage cupboard, open-plan living area with juliette balcony, fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer dryer, stainless steel oven and hob, two bedrooms, master with juliette balcony and ensuite shower room, and master bathroom.  A secure parking space is included, and the first apartment to be reserved will be fully carpetted throughout.
