WHAT THE VENDOR SAYS ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
'The apartment was always light, it got the sun all day, because of the position of the living room the sun would be in the dinning area first thing in the morning and move around to be in the living area in the evening, so the sun was in the main room all throughout the day. It was also in the bedrooms in the evening.

It is in such a convenient location, 5 minutes in any direction and you get to the shops at one end of the street and Salford Quays just around the corner at the other end, so if you wanted to go to the cinema or for a meal it was 5 minutes walk or if you wanted to do some shopping it was just 5 minutes walk away, and if you fancied going for a walk it was really good being so close to the Quays, you could walk around the quayside and forget that you were in the city, or take a stroll along the canal as that is only a 2 minutes walk away.

The tram stop being so close was really handy, whether you wanted to get into the city to go to work or to go shopping or for a night out, again it was a 5 minute walk to the tram stop and only 3 stops to town.

The area is quite quiet as well, you could hear a pin drop on the weekends, and the views aren't bad, you can see across to Salford Quays, which was good for seeing the firework display from the living room window on bonfire night. The other side of the living room looks across Ordsall Hall, so you're not surrounded by loads of houses or facing another block of flats, and its easy for visitors, there is plenty of parking along Ordsall Lane'
