DIRECTIONS

Built during the late 19th century this substantial semi-detached Victorian residence has some of the periods most celebrated features. For example, observing from the outside you can admire the Flemish bond brickwork with inset, light coloured, decorative brick designs; colour brick segemental arch window headers; a three sided bay window; and decorative wooden bargeboards.
In keeping with the grandeur of early Victorian period properties, the partially glazed solid wood front door is much larger than average and hints at the entrance hallway's sizeable breadth beyond. From the front drive there is a choice of either four stone steps or a ramp with handrail leading up to the front door.

Levenshulme:- three miles south-east of the centre, this is the most recent of the up and coming areas. Benefiting from a main-line rail link to the city, it is ideal for commuting to Manchester, Stockport or further out.
