tenancy agreements

Once you have found a property you wish to move into you must sign a tenancy agreement for the property. You will be required to pay an agency fee equal to one week's rent + VAT  in order secure the property.

For your information, most landlords will require payment of a deposit, a retainer and an advance rent. These should be agreed with your landlord prior to the signing of a tenancy agreement.

Your commitment to pay our agency fees arises when you commit to take a property introduced through us or with an owner to whom we have introduced you. The Law of England stipulates that no one under the age of 18 years can sign a contract.

If any cheque or other form of payment to us is dishonoured, there will be a further charge of £20.00.

The construction, validity and performance of this letting shall be governed by the Laws of England.
