City Centre

If you are looking for a place to buy or rent in Manchester City centre, each of its districts and quarters can offer you something very different. From the bohemian Northern Quarter to the upmarket Deansgate and Spinning fields and the popular Southern Gateway on Oxford Road to the historic mill conversions of Castlefield, Manchester has plenty to suit all would be City dwellers.

City Centre Outskirts

Salford Quays and its neighbour Media City have bustling shops, restaurants, theatre and is home to the BBC. In the regeneration areas of Ancoats, Beswick and Grove Village there are new developments nestled amongst established communities. In Victoria Park are large period homes & newer developments. Just 10 minutes walk from the City Centre is Hulme, a thriving neighbourhood with a mix of houses & apartments for rent or sale.

South Manchester

There are lots of areas to consider if you are looking to move to South Manchester. Fallowfield, Withington and Didsbury all have busy centres. Then, the more eclectic Chorlton Cum Hardy, known for its boutiques and live music venues. A popular and affluent commuter town, Altrincham is just 8 miles south west of Manchester and has Metrolink, rail and road links to the City and Airport.
