We are currently looking for a property manager to join our team to assist with our growing portfolio. We are looking for either individuals looking to start their career in property who will benefit from our in house training programme, or experience individuals looking for career progression with an established award winning property management company.
Key responsibilities include
♥ Managing a portfolio of circa 200 properties across Greater Manchester
♥ Being the main point of contact for your portfolio landlords and tenants, responding to all enquiries/requests promptly and professionally.
♥ Arrange routine and emergency maintenance as required.
♥ Ensuring and maintaining high standards across your portfolio.
♥ Undertake property visits and routine inspections.
♥ Working with the rental administration team during the end of tenancy process.
♥ Liaising with letting departments to maintain occupancy rates and prevent voids.
