My experience of opening the first Dorothy Perkins in Northern Ireland and then a further 9 before moving to England to be responsible for multi sites in the North West has given me the knowledge required to run a business and understand the need for strong procedures and measuring performance.
Being part of a unique book club of entrepreneurial females who meet once a month in various restaurants around Manchester provides me with a welcome laugh at life. I live in the city centre and am spoilt for choice for theatres and entertainment…….and the great thing is I can walk home afterwards!
Director of Property Management
I have worked in the property industry since 2000 and joined homes4u in 2003. As Director of Property Management I am responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service along with implementing changes in legislation, systems and procedures. My focus is on the ongoing expansion of our Property Management portfolio and I am always on the lookout for new business opportunities. I have an NFOPP level three in Lettings and Property management and am currently studying for the Level 4 Certificate.
I take a hands on approach to property renovation and enjoy keeping fit including taking part in events, such as triathlons, cycling, running.
Director of Development
I fell into the property industry by accident in 1998 when I was looking for a temporary job after finishing sixth form college. I must have found my vocation as I have been in the industry ever since, the majority of it with homes4u.
My experience with homes4u spans from home advisor level to Branch management and I have spent time in the sales and rentals departments in the City Centre, Withington and Altrincham.
In 2015 I moved into the executive team as Director of Development. My role is really varied and involves developing policies and procedures, marketing (digital and off line), event management systems and IT amongst many other things.
I hold NFOPP Technical Award Level 3 in Residential Lettings and Property Management and Residential Sales. NVQ in Residential Lettings and Property Management. More recently I have completed a professional 10 week course in Search and Social Media at Salford University as well as short courses in digital marketing and social media.
When I am not working I write theatre reviews for a website and enjoy hanging out with my friends and family. I have also recently taken up trampolining keep fit which is interesting!
Director of Finance
Originally from North Manchester I joined homes4u in 2000, working in the property management and lettings departments before moving in the property accounts department.
In my role as Director of Finance I handle the business’s financial planning and budgeting, developing financial procedures and systems, and oversee the financial team.
I am a committee member of Edenfield Cricket Club and also the 2nd II captain for the 2016 season.
I was born and bred in south Manchester and since starting my working career I have always been in the property industry. I started with homes4u in 1999 and have worked in the Withington, City Centre and, most recently the Altrincham Branches.
During my time in the property industry I have gained a great deal of knowledge and experience of the Residential and Investment Market and, as a landlord myself, I have first-hand experience of property development, lettings and property management.
After several years working in HR, I decided to move into the property industry five years ago and really enjoy it. I started with homes4u at the Altrincham Branch in 2014.
As Lettings Administrator, my role mostly involves interacting with prospective tenants and our landlords. Outside work I like to spend as much time as possible with family, including my grandson.
After leaving school I spent three years in college where I achieved a BTEC National Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science.
I then worked in several customer service based roles before entering into the property industry starting with homes4u in the City Centre Branch. I moved and became Branch Manager at Withington in 2015, a role I really enjoy. At the beginning of 2017, I moved back to where it all began to the City Centre Branch, this time as Branch Manager.
I have a Level 3 Diploma in the Letting of Residential Property & NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
Outside the office I enjoy keeping fit, playing football and am an avid Manchester United fan.
Senior Sales Negotiator and Valuer
Lived in Cheadle since birth, mixed background – British father & Colombian mother, studied at William Hulme’s Grammar and Aquinas College before starting my career in Estate Agency.
I have been in the property industry since 2009 and have been based at homes4u’s City Centre Branch since joining the company in January 2015.
Since being at homes4u I have passed the NFOPP Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property. I also have an NVQ in Business & Admin.
Outside the office I enjoy travelling to different countries, driving around the UK, going out and having a drink with friends, playing golf, watching and talking about sport, watching action/comedy films.
New Homes Executive
I started working in the property industry in 2006 but have over thirty years in experience in sales.
My background in the industry is specifically in New Homes, having worked for major developers in Manchester City Centre and further afield. I have experience in selling both completed developments and off plan to both owner occupiers and investors.
I really enjoy meeting with clients selling the lifestyle of our vibrant city and I am passionate about providing outstanding customer service. In my role with homes4u as New Homes Executive I am responsible for marketing and selling our portfolio of New Developments. Outside of work, I love going to the races.
Originally from Bangor, Northern Ireland, I moved to Manchester two years ago and started with homes4u in June 2014. I look after our customers who are searching for property or have property to sell or rent. When I am not working I love keeping up to date with fashion and socialising with my friends.

I’m Mancunian born and bred, with a proud Jamaican Heritage, raised to respect all people and be polite.
I’ve worked at the City Centre Branch since I started with homes4u in 2007, having previously worked in the retail sector for over 15 years. Good customer service has always been my priority.
As the branch Tenancy Administrator I liaise with landlords and tenants to make sure that all tenancy paperwork is completed swiftly and correctly.
If I am not in the office I can be found socializing with family & friends and watching my football club (MCFC). I also like travelling and generally having a good time.

I started my career in the property industry in 2014 at a national corporate agency. My background is specifically with the progression of sales and client communication. I joined the team at homes4u in early 2017 in the role of Sales Progressor and I am based between the City Centre and South Manchester Branches.
As homes4u’s Sales Progressor I maintain communication between vendors, purchasers and solicitors, overseeing the process once a sale has been agreed. I enjoy helping guide clients and making home buying or selling as simple and stress free as possible for all involved.
During my time in the property industry I have passed, with merit, the City and Guilds Level 2 in Residential Estate Agency exam and I have taken a foundation level Introduction to Conveyancing.
Outside of the office I enjoy going to the gym and try to get there three or four times a week. I take part in classes such as body combat, boxfit and body pump, but mostly I run.
Specialist Home Advisor
Originally from this area and now living in Cheshire. Started my property career with homes4u in 2011. I was based in Withington before moving to Fallowfield Branch in 2014. In my role I predominantly look after the lettings but I have experience in sales too.
I have the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and NFOPP in Residential Sales.

Originally from Greater Manchester and now living in Cheshire. Prior to starting with homes4u in 2015, I worked in the hospitality trade. I have lived in Manchester the majority of my life and studied towards a degree in Psychology here at the University of Manchester. I have gained a high level of experience in customer service throughout the hospitality industry over a number of years, and decided to put my skills to better use by starting a career in property. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, mainly to sit in the Jacuzzi and people watch! I also enjoy shopping, going out with friends and travelling around the UK.
I joined the homes4u team in September 2016 as a Saturday Viewings Representative and I occasionally work during the week when the diary is very busy. I have previous experience working within the industry; ranging from working within a Town Planning team to, most recently, working as a business developer for a local Estate Agent back home in Suffolk. Out of work, I am currently studying towards an integrated Masters in Town Planning & Real Estate at the University of Manchester, with a view to progress into commercial development. I currently work with homes4u as a Financial Advisor as part of an inter company partnership that was formed in late 2016 with the Mortgage Advice Bureau. I provide mortgage and protection advice to first time buyers, existing homeowners, and those wishing to seek advice on buy to let mortgages. In my working career I have gained many years of experience in both customer and financial services. My out of work interests are spending time with my family and playing sport with friends.

Originally from a small village outside Derby, I first came to Manchester as a Student. After I qualified with a BSC in Geography, I joined the property team at Salford Council where I spent 7 years.

Fell into block management after managing commercial office space in Manchester. I have specialised in block management for about 9 years but also now look after a portfolio of in residential houses all over the northwest. I’m a big animal lover (especially of my big fat cat), like seeing live bands, going to festivals, particularly wine festivals, and visiting cities abroad - and their zoos, of course!

During my years in the industry I have worked in Manchester and Leeds including time at a local housing association specialising in dealing with problem tenants and tenancy compliance issues. I joined the property management team at homes4u at the end of 2016 with four years previous experience within property management. Originally I am from Liverpool but have lived in Manchester for the last seven years. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my children and traveling.
I started working in housing in 1996 and have worked for two Housing Associations. I have carried out various roles in housing – Admin Assistant, Housing Assistant, Housing Officer, Property Surveyors Manager and Contact Centre Manager.
My experience stands me in good stead for my role at homes4u where I manage a portfolio of properties across Manchester. My role involves liaising with tenants and landlords, where I carry out property inspections, arrange repairs where required, and undertaking move out inspections. In 2010, I gained a degree in Housing Studies.
I love working in the property industry because I enjoy meeting customers and helping them in any way I can. I like the fact that no two days are ever the same and I never know what awaits me when I come into work. When I’m not working at homes4u, you can normally find me cycling, which is my preferred mode of transport, or holidaying somewhere exotic!

End of Tenancy Co-ordinator

I started at homes4u in 2015 and as end of Tenancy Co-ordinator I liaise with our managed tenants, landlords and the relevant deposit schemes when tenancies come to an end.
Property Accounts Assistant
I joined homes4u in July of 2016 as Property Accounts assistant, some of the areas I’m responsible for include Posting rents, direct debits, landlord statements. I have a BA HONS in Business management and I’m currently studying ACCA. In my spare time I play football and go to the gym.
For the most part of my career I worked in the department of Work and Pensions as an Admin Officer, processing various benefits and appeals for just over twelve years. In my role as Arrears Administrator at homes4u, I manage rent and service charge arrears for the property management portfolio as well as chase outstanding payments with tenants and guarantors. In my time outside of the office I enjoy shopping, eating out and watching films.
Digital and Social Media Marketing Co-ordinator
I am Manchester bred, but love to travel and experience new cultures, expand my horizons. I spent six months living and working in Beijing and three months in Barcelona before returning to start a career in the marketing industry.
I joined the company in September 2015 in the newly created role of Digital and Social Media Co-ordinator. My role involves updating and monitoring the company social media accounts and writing/implementing e-marketing campaigns.
Out of the office my usual week will normally involve a mixture of 5 a side football, the gym, spending time with friends over a few drinks, and a weekend trip to see the boys at the Theatre of Dreams, keeping the faith through thick and thin!
Over 20 years working in finance departments, I joined homes4u in 2011. As Finance Assistant I handle the business accounts.
Privately I enjoy participating in sporting activities such as football and cricket as well as maintaining my own physical fitness. My interests include science, history and politics.

After finishing my qualifications in accountancy, in 1982, I started working
In Chartered Accountants’ firms as a Trainee Chartered Accountant. I spent six years in London before settling back in South Manchester. I have worked in a wide range of industries and have been with homes4u since 2012.
Accountancy Foundation Qualification, MAAT- Association of Accounting Technicians Qualification with overall Credit Pass and
Distinction in Financial Accounting. I am a member of this association and have
been a member for the last 27 years, Sage 50 Accounts Course, Computer ECDL full Course.
Outside the office I keep busy with zumba, tennis, travelling, reading news and accounting technician journals, watching Bollywood movies, disco dancing and going to restaurants.
Digital and Social Media Assistant
I joined homes4u in February of 2017 as a Digital and Social Media Assistant as part of The Juice Academy apprenticeship program. My role is to be the voice of the company online and manage the overall digital presence of homes4u across our social media accounts. In my spare time I enjoy going out with friends to catch-up over a few drinks or playing video games, spending time with loved ones, going to the gym and tinkering with computers.
