Each talk will last 15 minutes with a 5 minute Q & A. Once all speakers have finished there will be an opportunity to chat with them one on one.
Andrew Harrison, Head of Property Management at homes4u.
Andrew has 18 years experience in the property industry and started his career in the letting and sales department at homes4u. It was when he moved to the Property Management team that he found his true vocation. During his time in the industry Andrew has developed a comprehensive knowledge in HMO’s, selective and regulatory licensing and compliance.
Andrew is an Accredited National Landlord Association Member and is currently studying for Property Mark Level 4 Qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
Steven Curley, Head of Sales and Lettings at homes4u.
Steven has 11 years experience in the valuation, sale and letting of a variety of property, from family homes to City Centre apartments, New Developments to HMO investments and portfolios.

Jayne Wilson, a Commercial Account Executive with 15 years experience in general insurance, and over 5 years specialising in bespoke property insurance.
