We are committed to working within the government guidance for working safely and for Moving home during the Coronavirus update. We are observing social distancing and working to protect the health and safety of our team, clients and contractors.

Our branches are staffed however we are unable to see walk in’s. If it is absolutely necessary that you visit the office, such as to collect keys, we will make an appointment. Contact details for our branches can be found here homes4u.co.uk/contact-us

If you are a tenant, due to move in or out of a property, this is by appointment only. Please contact our property management team one week prior to your move date to make an appointment.

We are only able to accept contactless payments, talk to our team for more information.

Your property search - viewings

Please start your property search online, all of our properties for sale and for rent are published in real time to our website homes4u.co.uk.

All initial viewings will be virtual. A member of our team will be able to guide you through our virtual tours and answer any questions you may have.

Following a virtual viewing if you are seriously interested in making an offer we can arrange a physical viewing.

We will require a declaration of coronavirus symptoms in writing from anyone attending a viewing prior to the viewing taking place. We will email this in advance.

You must not attend an appointment if you are symptomatic however mild.

We are unable to drive clients to appointments, please make your travel own arrangements.

When viewing a property only members of the same household may attend.

Only two adults (plus our advisor) may attend a viewing, we would politely discourage children from attending viewings.

When viewing a property we ask that you bring your own hand sanitiser and protective equipment, we will ask for confirmation of this in writing. You will also be asked to dispose of your own protective equipment.

Please sanitiser your hands before entering a property and also when you leave.

To minimise risk viewing times will be kept to a minimum. We would be pleased to answer any questions in a phone call or virtual meeting after the viewing.

If you need to be accompanied by small children, please ensure they do not touch any surfaces.

If you require a second viewing, we will operate a two stage viewing practice once again. Stage one will be a virtual viewing, stage two a physical viewing in line with the above.

Offers and Tenancies

If you wish to make an offer on a property for sale, we will email you a declaration of offer to complete. We use a third party to undertake ID checks in line with Money Laundering regulations. If we require further ID and to see proof of funds we will email you a link to our own secure file sharing site to upload these.

If you are applying to rent a property, all tenancy paperwork can be completed remotely; our Rental Administration Team will assist you with this and they can be contacted on 0161 448 4805.
